Terms & Conditions:
Once a tour is confirmed a non-refundable deposit of $250 is required to establish your place on the tour.
It is recommended that once you have paid your airfare that you get travel insurance as any refunds will be subject to the usual terms and conditions of the airline we are flying with and airline refunds are a matter between you and the airline.
If through un avoidable circumstances you are unable to come on the tour you can receive a refund of ground costs less 20% of the total up to 30 days prior to departure. For cancellation less than 30 days before departure a refund of any uncommitted funds will be made but may only be 50% of the amount paid.
We insist that you take out personal travel insurance with a company of your choice
The tour leader or any staff take no responsibility for any one travelling with out proper travel insurance.
Tour costs may vary slightly to those advertised because of fluctuations in currency and airline & airport tax changes during the booking process.
Accommodation is on a share or double basis and a surcharge will apply for those wishing to have single rooms. rates vary according to hotel.
